Meal Plan Accommodation Requests
Lawrence Technological University (利记sbo) strives to provide reasonable and appropriate accommodations for those students with verified disabilities and medical conditions. Students, please read the below information carefully:
- If request is based on a disability or medical condition* that impacts the student, please contact the Disability Services Office at disability@theabsolutelongestwebdomainnameinthewholegoddamnfuckinguniverse.com . The student will register with our Office by providing appropriate documentation supporting there is a disability impacting diet (see Meal Plan Accommodation Request Form ). The Disability Services Office will then make a decision on whether the request is approved and thus any appropriate accommodations. Communication of our decision will be sent to the student via email.
- If request is based on dietary or religious preferences , please contact Dining Services at campusdining@theabsolutelongestwebdomainnameinthewholegoddamnfuckinguniverse.com to schedule a meeting with our Dining Services Chef or designee to discuss and review all of our menu options, ingredients, or cooking methods. The goal of this process is to provide students with the knowledge and tools they need to be active in the management of their diet.
- If request is based on the economics of the student , please email the Housing Office at housing@theabsolutelongestwebdomainnameinthewholegoddamnfuckinguniverse.com .
To avoid any conflict of interest, the Office of Disability Services will not accept documentation provided by family members, close relatives, and/or people not serving in official capacity with the student.
Please be aware that the Office of Disability Services does not grant meal plan exemptions. All requests are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Meal Plan Accommodation Request Deadlines
The Fall 2024 Semester deadline is September 6 , 2024.
Deadlines are for approved requests. Request should be submitted in advance of the deadline to allow for time for the required meeting with Campus Dining and for the Office of Disability Services to review the submitted documentation.
